Initial Comments:Based on the findings of an offsite follow-up survey conducted October 31, 2023, Bridges Hospice, Inc was found to have corrected the deficiency cited under the requirements of 42 CFR, Part 418, Subparts A, C, and D, Conditions of Participation: Hospice Care. The deficiency was cited as a result of an onsite complaint investigation conducted July 28 and 31, 2023, with offsite exit completed on August 2, 2023.
